Stand, Sit and Move.
The charity Back Care is celebrating Back Care Awareness this week and is addressing Office workers with their Stand Sit and Move campaign.

They are encouraging us all to
- Ensure you “Stand, Sit and Move” around your desk
- Take regular breaks and Stretch your back every half an hour
- Get your work station ergonmics reviewed – is it set up correctly.
- If you are using phones regularly use headsets to reduce the stress on your neck muscles.
